Bob Bureau is a happiness expert, workshop facilitator, researcher, and author living in the heart of Massachusetts in the United States. Some of his strengths are helping people find a stronger sense of purpose, giving back to their local community by volunteering, building a wider circle of friends outside of work, taking care of health concerns, deepening family relationships, working if desired, traveling, exercising, hobbies, and much more. Everyone has a unique portfolio of ways to spend their time. Bob can inspire you to explore and enjoy what makes you happier.
Adjusting from up to 45 years of having a hectic career to suddenly stopping and retiring can be difficult. One of the biggest surprises people encounter in retirement is having so much unstructured time and not knowing what to do with their days. Getting brief, solution-focused, one-on-one help can be a real game-changer. Bob is focused on guiding you from where you are now to where you want to be. He does this by having coaching sessions with people on Zoom or by phone. They are easy to set up and convenient.

Bob Bureau, M.Ed., CAGS, CCFE, CCFT, is the founder of Happiness Solutions. He has researched and created highly effective solutions, led workshops, written resource guides, and had conversations with thousands of individuals. He has worked for 35 years as a professional speaker in settings across America. Today, because of the widespread use of Zoom, Bob can offer customized workshops to groups anywhere in the world. Bob also offers in-person workshops in New England in the United States - - Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
